If you're referring to the Lucky Patrick "incident" then that is all over and done with now. He was just doing that to promote Here Comes The Boom.
What was he promoting when he got naked and vandalized the church?

According to all the available information, he's a member of that church and the church itself refused to press charges. I'm going to chalk that incident up to being at the very least, slightly mis-reported by TMZ, and give him the benefit of the doubt.

He seems to be in a good place, living life and having fun. He's been updating his facebook and twitter pretty frequently as well.

I'm going to chalk that up to a Church not wanting to harm its image by pressing charges against someone with obvious mental health issues. Phone Post
