Where I work offshore there are some platforms with good gyms (power racks, oly sets etc) and others with not so good gyms. These normally have dbs from 5kg-25kg in 2.5 increments, cables and bike/treadmill and punchbag.
When on the platforms with limited equipment what kind of routine would you implement to keep making progress (muscle gain), or even maintain what you already have. You could be on a platform for up to 3 weeks at a time (4 weeks if on a barge. Food is never an issue on these platforms.

When I have very limited weights, this is what I do:
One arm press ups
Hand stand push ups (on chairs to go deeper)
Single leg deck squats
