So I'm curious, why was I frozen?

Yossarian 33 Member Since: 7/15/02 Posts: 12265	Hi frens, Yesterday my account was frozed. I assume it was because of my bible thread. If so, that's fine. I will stop doing them. Not a big deal. But considering I've been here for over a decade, was a paying member for years, and also helped moderate the site for years without incident, I think an explanation would be nice. Thank you.

Perhaps, but I didn't notice my vote count change that much.

I believe that vote-ups don't counteract vote-downs in terms of freeziness, so you could get froze from having requisite number of vote-downs even if you had enough vote-ups to keep overall number the same. Phone Post

I believe that vote-ups don't counteract vote-downs in terms of freeziness, so you could get froze from having requisite number of vote-downs even if you had enough vote-ups to keep overall number the same.

I personally liked the bible threads; the bible has incredible importance in western civilization whether you think it is the words of men or the word of god, and should certainly be a reasonable topic of discussion in a forum like this. The bible threads that I read weren't just "lol @ christians" threads; they also contained both christians and non-christians discussing the history, context and interpretation of events depicted in the bible. I found them informative and interesting.
