I was a bit skeptical about these, but I'm trying anything I can now to rehab my ankle post muscle and ligament tears to get ready for the Boston Marathon and a climb of Mt Rainier in the next month. I only got them yesterday, but my ankle felt amazingly more mobile after a session last night and again improved this morning after my first outdoors run since January. They are worth experimenting with if you are having a nagging issue.
