Hello, I was out training at Team quest last week and I had a great time! Every one was great and I just thought I would put a post up to thank Robert and every one else who made me feel welcome. That's awesome you had such a good time! I noticed you were trying to logon to the tqfc.net forums the other day - the accounts didn't transfer over from the old forums, so you have to register as a new user for the new forums. Just thought I'd let you know! :) |

Spenna, do you know Dave Betts? He's from your side of the pond, Manchester I think. He stayed at the gym for about 2-3 months. |
