Bachelor of Science in Respiratory Care. Has anyone heard of this major? So what do you think of it? Is it a good step towards going to grad or professional school? |

yes, i do believe you do work as a respiratory therapist once you graduate. I'm just wondering if anyone's heard of the major because there's only one school in California that offers it as a BS. I wanted to know if it's possibly a good step towards grad school, such as Physician's Assistant, Physical Therapy, or Occupational Therapy (anything in healthcare). |

jacket-the best thing to do is start talking to nurses and various doctors. Ask them their opinion of the future potential of the career. The insurance industry has a huge effect on the healthcare professions. |
