Hey guys. I'm trying to find a place to purchase competition footage of Katsuhiko Kashiwazaki, and couldn't find anywhere online using Google. I posted on the Judo forum, and some dudes suggested I try here. Do any of you guys know where (online) I can purchase competition footage of Kashiwazaki? I'm willing to plunk down some cash for this, within reason. Thanks in advance, Greg |

If you buy his "Newaza Of Kashiwazaki" two video set it has one of his matches. It's only about a minute long but sweet. I think it's from 1981. It's a great tape set even if you don't speak Japanese. |

SILK-Katsuhiko Kashiwazaki is one of the greatest ne-waza judoka of all time. He won at least one world championship, and a bunch of all Japan championships, I think. dezflag-Hmm. Only one match? That stinks. Any idea where this tape can be purchased? Thanks dudes. Any other suggestions? Greg |

One of the MMA sponsors has the Kashiwazaki video set. I believe budovideos.com. |

He has a book out. But I checked it in the shop and it didn' seem all that good. Lots of good pictures and descriptions, the techniques just were not that amazing - just basic Judo/Jyu jitsu. I have heard good things about his tapes though. |
