just a heads up: that underground amateur show i've been reporting on in FCF is supposed to happen again sometime in december. i'll post my email address when i have more info to give. |

there are some people in MD, putting on an MMA show on an Airforce Base. in a nutshell, the loophole is much like Indian Reservations, there is no State Athletic Commission jurisdiction on a Military Base, they police themselves. so i think they're putting something together there. like i said i don't know if that helps NY at all - not sure if there are any places in this state that would benefit from that. |

well... it wouldn't apply to any of the national guard bases around here, as they'd follow the state's guidelines. it MIGHT apply to the army bases, but it would be up to the disposition of the commanding officer. |

ok, folks, the promoter says the show's on for sunday, december 19th. the location is a gym in queens. email me at jimgenia1@yahoo.com and i'll give you the address. i don't know anything about the fight card or the cost of admission - just the location. |
