Has anyone here had any experience with AMC Auburn and/or Vision Quest Wrestling Club? Curious about the atmosphere, group sizes and if VQ has many seniors training there.

I'd be interested to know as well. on the website it says that matt hume teaches mma at Vision Quest Wrestling Club. are they affiliated? id there any wrestling classes in the day time?
