Roy Harris >> some NE grappling results

The NE Grappling Challenge (www.negrappling.com) was this weekend. Big congrats to my students who went and competed: * Jason - in his first competition stepped to advanced when his intermediate division didn't have anybody. Had a good match against a defensive opponent, but lost by guillotine when he shot in for a takedown. * Eric - earned 2nd in his advanced division (-145). First match by points, 2nd by triangle, and lost in the finals 2x0, but was taking the guys back just as time ran out. * Alex - earned 1st in his advanced division (-185). First match by rear naked, 2nd by triangle, and finals by points (4x0). Awesome job guys! - Kyle |
