LionKill BJJ & Submission Grappling is now holding classes in Troy NY as well as Kingston NY. As many people know Jay White is leaving upstate ny for oregon to train with team quest. Jay has asked Nolan Dutcher and I (James Linic) to take over the classes he held in Troy. We are very glad to accept this and a big thanks to Jay. This means we are no more then a 20 minute ride for anyone going to one of the two schools for a one hundred mile stretch of the NYS Thruway. We would like anyone in our area to come on in to either location. Classes in Troy will be mon 8 wed 8 thur 830 and sun 12noon. Kingstons classes are tue 715 wed 715 thur 715 and sat 5pm.
