Hi folks, We have added a new addition to the website. http://www.straightblastgym.com/blogs.htm You will notice that I now have two BLOGS listed. I have recently become re-inspired on the topics of training, coaching, helping others through this activity, and the use of play. Many new and exciting breakthroughs are coming through in this regard, and I have started a second BLOG in order to share them. This BLOG is called the Aliveness 101 BLOG, and it will focus exclusively on the core principles of SBGi, training tips, health, well being, and other related ramblings. Please enjoy.
