Heh...I am the club instructor. Just a white belt here, nothing fancy. If your looking at the main page, I'm the black gi on the left. I look a little goofy, but that's ok. It probably sounds bad, but it's really not a bad deal. It's free for all the students and helps expose more people to the sport. But don't worry about that, the seminar doesn't really have a lot to do with the club. The contact, Pedro Zogaib, is a blue belt and Roberto Tozi is his instructor from Brazil. Pedro is actually the instructor for the class that is offered by the University for students to take for credit and is mostly responsible for my starting Jiu-Jitsu almost three years ago. I could go in to a big story about the BJJ class and the BJJ club here at UNI. Probably not the place for it though. Hm...was this too long of a response? I really don't know. I hope I answered your question though. |

that is a great idea. hopefully after people take the class they want to join the club. someone just started a bjj club here at the u of i in iowa city, hopefully it will do pretty well |

1. Tozi Semianr is off. 2. If people take the class they should want to sign up for classes at Cedar Valley instead of that PUNK Crumps brother who is constantly bad mouthing our program. |
