Japan >> PANCRAE/RJW q: SEHAKU?

I have noticed contradicting reports alot about the RJW fighter calling himself SEHAKU. Varying sources list his real name as either Tadao Hideki or Lee SeGak. When I checked my Sports Nikkan book of 2004 it listed him as Tadao Hideki. When I check my Nikkan Sports mag from 2/05 of this year, it lists Lee SeGak (or Li ShiXue, more on this later). So, the question out of curiosity is which is his real name? And if it is Lee, is his ethnically Chinese or Korean? The Japanese are notorious for butchering the translation of Chinese and Korean names, though PANCRASE did good with Andy Wang, Haygar Chin, and most Korean fighters.
