 Rick Macauley (the Vanilla Gorilla) will be doing a seminar at  my school on Sunday, April 30th- the day after the East Coast Grappling Championships in Richmond, VA.  Students from all schools are invited to train with one of the best competitive black belts in the country.

For those who don't know, Rick is a 5X Pan American medalist, Grapplers Quest pro division champion (U.S. Trials), and a multiple-time superfight winner.

The seminar will be half gi and half no-gi.  Topics will include leglocks, front headlocks, and half-guard.  Rick is ready to teach for three full hours!
