Hello Bolo, you've talked alot about correct posture and such. I want to know what is your sleep posture? I guess what is the best position to fall asleep in? I sleep mostly on my stomach with my face to one side. I know this is'nt healthy posture wise, but it's the most comfortable position to me? Should I sleep on my back? Again, what position do you fall asleep in? |

When I studied yoga I found the corpse pose to be extremely comfortable in class. I also found it very easy and comfortable to fall asleep in this manner. I just lay flat on my back in bed, often without a pillow, practice concentrating on my body melting into the earth and I am asleep in a couple minutes. I change positions throughout the night, but if I am awakened in any way; I go back to the corpse pose to fall asleep |
