For those not in the know, the old church at Stull is a semi-legendary piece of American urban legend referred to as one of the "Seven Gateways of Hell".
It was in use until 1922, and leveled in 2002, to keep the area kids from vandalizing the graveyard and throwing parties.
It has been reported that even though the roof was gone, rain would not fall inside the church, and you could not break bottles against it's stone walls.
I am completely in love with my new camera, and therefore hafd to go get some pics.
This is the view from atop the ruins of the church.
This was the hanging tree where several accused witches were put to death, supposedly.:)
