Stout could have REALLY dropped a bomb on Yves, and chose not to do it. It would have been worse than Hendo/Bisping....IMO, much class shown by Sam.

I agree, however, you should watch a slo mo of Sam stouts face after the KO. WAY too happy at the sight of his convulsing victim. Phone Post

Yes he should have cried that he just won in spectacular fashion.

Always been a huge fan of both Stout's and Yves' style of fighting.

Congrats to Sam, and I hope Yves makes a rapid recovery.

WAY too happy? He just KO'd a seasoned fighter and was one of his most significant victories. What's he supposed to do, apologize for winning? Gtfo son. Phone Post

Always like seeing a Stout fight! Hopefully we don't have to see Yves in the UFC again either.

Good show. Too many fighters use the excuse that they are supposed to keep going until the ref stops it. Cro cop used to hit guys when they were already out all the time. Kind of ironic.

QuintonRampagedMeFromBehind - Stout did a great job. Half the other fighters wouldve thrown at least two more punches.

Yeah he showed discipline by not throwing more. In no way did Yves need another punch. Stout fan for a long time

He was celebrating because he knew he pocketed $70k, not because Yves was convulsing.

It was more happy that he finally got a one-punch KO, and over a very credible opponent. Did you see the look on Sam's face when Joe started the interview and said he hoped Yves was okay? Instant switch from euphoria to concern. Sam is pure class.

Have you ever been in that situation? This stuff is for keeps. You want to finish your fights. He showed class by not finishing a flying right hand into yves.

Was Yves ever actually convulsing? I never actually saw convulsions, just him stretched out like everyone else who gets bingo'd... or was it Lindland-style leg shaking?

Exactly. He was classy. It's must be damn tough NOT to be euphoric after a victory like that. It's not like he was standing above him and mocking him.
