Oh come on dude, I weighed about 165 in high school, and could dead over 400lbs (after 3 years of lifting)Some shitty technique on this thread as well. When starting the lift you're ass should be about 10-12 inches off of the floor, chest out and shoulders back.Using leg strength to gain momentum, then finishing with your back.IDK what anyone says though, it's impossible to dead lift any significant amount of weight without using you're back a bit.

Oh come on dude, I weighed about 165 in high school, and could dead over 400lbs (after 3 years of lifting)Some shitty technique on this thread as well. When starting the lift you're ass should be about 10-12 inches off of the floor, chest out and shoulders back.Using leg strength to gain momentum, then finishing with your back.IDK what anyone says though, it's impossible to dead lift any significant amount of weight without using you're back a bit.

I just did my max lifts.I do it once in a while to test myself.I fought at 145 lbs and would cut from 167lbs.Right now my weight is 175 lbs.I had surgery on my right shoulder to replace an anuerism(sp) so my bench has never been what it was.I used to hit 365 but am on my way to hit that in about 6 months..Squat wasn't quite deep enough but I can't tell looking straight into the mirror.Something to work on.Deadlift didn't go as well as I wanted.I was a little burned out from all the squats.Should have hit 525lbs.So 315lbs Bench475lbs squat505lbs deadlift.175lbs bodyweightage 41By 2011 I will hit 405lbs bench,550lbs squat and a 600lbs deadlift.I've been using the 5-3-1 program and am progressing every week.
