Aleks Emelianenko wins Combat Sambo event, Fedor injured

A national tournament of Combat Sambo was held yesterday in Krasnokamsk,
Aleksander Emelianenko won the first place and a gold medal.
Kiril Sidelnikov also took part of the tournament, taking the second place and a silver medal.

In the second fight Fedor hurt his hand and refused to continue performance in the tournament.

Great stuff for Aleks. Lets hope Fedor is able to compete in April still.Does anyone know if the rumours about him not fighting in Strikeforce are true or not?
