Rampage smoking at UFC 110?

RASHAD DOESN’T STAND A CHANCE
Quinton “Rampage” Jackson is going to whip Rashad Evans’ entire body. I don’t think Evans can stand the slam, nor do I feel he has the knockout power needed to take the legs and turn the lights out on an athlete such as Jackson. Good luck to both, and thanks for all the MMA news. Keep up the great work.

I’ll favor Jackson in this fight, as well. He isn’t close to being in shape now, though his Muay Thai coach, Dave Jackson, insists he’s already working hard. But I saw him in Australia and he looked plenty plump to me. I was also surprised to see him smoking a cigarette. But if Rampage is in shape and committed, I think he’s definitely the favorite.

I smoke a pack a day and have smoked since I was 14.I can still keep up with anyone in training but that's my limit truthfully-I wouldn't exceed anyone, just keep up.

I feel a lot cleaner since i quit.  I dont have to worry about if my clothes smell like cigs or my breath too.  And dont have to worry about ashes going everywhere in the car, on my clothes, or in my hair. I recommend to everyone who still smokes to quit, it sucks the first couple days but it gets better and i highly doubt you will regret it.

I read somewhere after your 3rd day quitting you have no more physical addiction. Who knows. About the cardio- I smoked a pack and some change a day for a couple years before timing a 17:50 3 mile.  I, nor were any of my friends that smoked, were ever really affected when it came to performance and cardio and all that. Quit smoking a week ago though because just found out my old lady is pregnant.  I figure its the right thing to do. Haven't had a cig yet and honestly i am losing my desire to exponentially with every day that passes.

Damn! The only place with more addicts than the UG is probably the OG.

Adults can smoke who cares, it makes me laugh when all the boring stoners make fun of cigarette smokers.
