Shamrock suffers TKO loss in South Africa

MMA veteran Ken Shamrock fought journeyman Mike Bourke last night at King of the Cage: Platinum, but suffered a knee injury during a scramble in the second round.

Shamrock was on his way towards victory, dropped Bourke with a right hand, and scrambled with his opponent. However, Shamrock injured his leg and the referee had to step in to declare Bourke the winner because of the injury.

Exact details surrounding Shamrock’s injury are unknown.

 I like Dan Severn and Ken Shamrock.  I agree with William Colosimo's comment though.  Dan Severn has quite a few years on Shamrock AND he still wins against guys 1/2 his game.  The competition may not be up to some peoples standards but he is at least, still competing which is quite impressive for his age.

Haha! This is not an ignorant statement at all. It is perfectly true. Anyone good who ever trained with Ken has left, and anyone with a future in the sport does not want to train with Ken, or be associated with Ken. I am just speaking the truth.
