Stout out 'Cowboy' in vs. Paul Kelly at UFC 126 on Feb. 5

The first change to the upcoming UFC 126 card has taken place with Sam Stout dropping out of the his proposed encounter with Paul Kelly in Las Vegas. While the specific nature of the injury has yet to be revealed, it has come to light that Donald “Cowboy” Cerrone will be stepping into his place against the Brit.

Keep me posted then.  Not really feeling Bisping-Rivera for a bet, that fight's a toss-up IMO.

I certainly am, except i would rather have one for Bisping v Rivera which is in the same month as this fight. If I can't get a bet sorted for that in the next two or three weeks, then you're on! I always wanted to see you renamed Trolling In A Fur coat :)

Kelly has done well putting his opponents on their back and GnPing them of late though, so that's also a factor in this fight. However, Cerrone is dangerous off his back. Makes for an interesting fight.

The first thing I thought of when I saw this headline is that Stout is faking an injury so he can be available to fight on the Toronto card in April, which I would have no problem with.

Tougher fight for Kelly. Stout would have traded with him the whole time, Cerrone will trade but he'll also use his grappling. Given how Cerrone outwrestled Varner, I'd say that Cerrone puts Kelly on his back and submits him. If Cerrone elects to stand though, it should be a war that could go either way.

This is one of those cards that makes me wish the UFC was on HDNet so we could see the whole event like Dream or SRC.
