Yes, but with that said, the guy he was sparring with was not very good at all.

Please stop, it was obvious that boxer was holding back on Anderson. The moment he threw something solid at Anderson he went to hold the dude.

I think it's great GSP is working on his boxing with someone like Roach. He might start knocking some people out now, who knows. It doesn't matter how good BJ's boxing is, there's nothing wrong with him getting in work with someone like Mayweather, you can always get better. I just find it funny that BJ gets criticism, while GSP gets praise for doing the same thing, that's all.

2 things1) Bj's boxing is one of the best parts of his game, while wrestling is his weakest, so those statements hold true for him. GSP's boxing, on the other hand, is probably the weakest part of GSP's game compared to his wrestling, and may be on par with his BJJ, so him seeking out Roach makes all the sense in the world.2)he's been training off his back with Roger gracie for the better part of the last couple months...how much better can he prepare for shields' jiu jitsu than that?

Any one hating on the GSP for not finishing Kos needs to S T F U. That doctor should NEVER have let that fight go on. It should have been stopped period.
