shit i didnt know they beat the bills. gonna go look that up now...very cool that he'll be wearing ti-cats gear although it could backfire on him, hamilton IS at the end of the train line like 45 minutes away BUT toronto has the argo's.....not that theyre any good. but we toronto fans love cheering for teams that suck, i mean look at the maple leafs. i started cheering for pittsburgh when crosby got signed and left all the maple leafs bullshit behind me.anywhoo back to my point......awesome that they are doing this for hominick. hominick is such a nice guy, he deserves all the support in the world.

Heres an interesting resource that confirms what you say. I did some additional looking, and it does appear that the Kings are the only Pro sports team to sponsor a fighter. you under Bud Light, DPMS, Hayabusa, MTX, Performance, and Warrior).Regardless, this would be a first in Canada, and only the second pro sports team to do this, so I think saying its rare is a fair statement.

Awesome for Mark! He's fighting in the Tiger Cat's rivals arena too. Maybe the Argo's will pay him double to steal the sponsorship fro the Ti-Cats  ;)

Thats good that he will be honored at a game this summer. Right around the time he should be getting out of the hospital.

How rare is this? The Sacramento Kings have sponsored Urijah for a long time, I think they even sponsored Diego.
