The second episode of my documentary film got released today. I hope you all like it.
I'm up to about 260 lbs, maybe a little bit more ... The big heavyweights cut down from 280 I think. Guys like Lesnar, and Carwin... and because I'm that tall, it's easier for me to put on muscle and keep my speed and my agility. I think I want to go up around 280, 290, as long as I keep my speed and agility.
I don't want to do it too fast. I want to do it in a natural way, so I'm eating a lot of healthy food, and I'm not using any strength supplements or whatever, I'm only using protein, carbohydrates, vitamins and stuff like that. I think if I do it that way, work my way up to 290, and cut down to 265 for the weigh-ins, then step in the cage between 280 and 290, then people are going to have a problem with that.
I'll have a height advantage, a weight advantage. I'll be good on the feet, and good on the ground... It's going to be fun.
Stefan Struve meets Travis Browne at UFC 130, May 28, 2011 at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada.
