The base purse should be higher for those other fighters. Really? 4,000 dollars? A lot of people make that in less than a month. And fighting only 3-4 times a year, with the possibility of getting cut for underperforming? I MAKE more money than that, and I don't sacrifice my body. The preliminary guys get paid MUCH less than the main card guys.. and they fight much harder IMO..

Here we go again.. Why do people chose to ignore reality. Fighters pay are *NOT* disclosed. It been said many time by fighters and by Dana and other management. These are NOT final purses.(except for low tier players that probably don't have other bonuses or PPV cuts in their contract)

Seeing Roy's pay makes me glad that I haven't bought a UFC in awhile. I will now never pay a cent for any UFC product for the rest of my life.

If you don't like the base pay, you can always not sign the contract, go do some impressive stuff in the smaller shows, get some more exposure, build your record, and leverage your way into a better starting pay. Like it or not, it's the business. To reiterate for the 100th time, you get what you're worth.
