As always, the above figures are simply reported salaries, and do not reflect entire compensation packages for the event. They do not include for example sponsor income, which can rival the actual purse. Further, they do not include expenses like management, trainer, texes, etc.

Ronda probably makes enough teaching to scrape by, then this with sponsorship probably means she lives pretty comfortably.

so it makes her pay great because you're making terrible money after spending an eternity paying for school?lol if you went to all that school to make less than 60k a year, i think it's pretty obvious what the reality is.

well let's clarify that a little bit.19k for a title fight that nobody cares about, they're watching because of two hot chicks of which neither are smokin hot, in a WMMA that has barely any fighters in it and even less talent, for an org that has openly stated they have no interest in female mma.yeah, 19k

Scott Smith is very fortunate to have made that much after coming off of 3 losses. He looked out of shape and unmotivated on top of it all. Time to call it quits?

$32k, about 24K after taxes times 2 or 3 is hardly living large and not much considering the potential for injuries.Of course most fighters make good money off their sponsorships, so if you add the 2, then you have a decent living.

Meisha only fought once last year. So I doubt Meisha fights again this year. At the most she may fight one other match. That is most likely going to be here annual gross salary for 2012.

19k for Tate. After taxes, she pays her people will she have enough to take care of that arm or is her arm covered by the Zuffa health plan? What will she do for cash to pay the bills for the next many months she is out due to her injury? Dang, now I wish more then ever that she would have tapped out.
