Tito Ortiz to be inducted into the UFC Hall of Fame

MMAWeekly.com spoke with UFC president Dana White following Tuesday’s UFC 150 press conference in Denver. He broke the news to us that Tito Ortiz will in fact be the next UFC Hall of Fame inductee. He will go into the hall at the UFC Fan Expo, just before he faces Forrest Griffin for a third time at UFC 148 on July 7.

“He’s definitely a part of the history of the sport,” stated White.

 Congrats Tito! The first UFC fight I ever saw was a Tito fight.  He will always be my favorite fighter! I am so happy for him!

But even with Tito in the HOF there are still fighters who deserve to be in it that aren't.

He 100% deserves the HOF, but I don't think anyone should be inducted while being active fighters. It should be like baseball or other sports 5+ years after they retire. That way they have something to look forward too in retirement.
