Dana said the stadium was full for the first fight yet there were so many people outside... hmmm.seems to me like a large portion of the crowd was outside.
There was a huge soccer stadium next door. I just don't think this UFC would have filled it. Also, there were multiple entrances, and lines going in every entrance. It wasn't the number of entrances that was the problem. They just didn't start letting people in for a LONG time. It sucked to wait in line for so long.
Why? They should be rooting for their home-team fighter. There's nothing wrong with it, it's a positive thing. And, regardless of what Joe Rogan says, there's nothing wrong with it when Americans cheer for American fighters.
I am a big Chuck fan, but he has to be one of the most awkward people on the planet period. Either that or he has some weird spidey sense about camera's and freezes everytime one is in the vacinity of him.
The crazy thing isn't the line. The crazy thing is they don't let these people into the fucking venue. They must have started hours before the prelims started. Let them the fuck in!
