Miguel Torres released by the UFC

I am writing this letter to inform you that as a result of my last loss, I was cut from the UFC. My next fight will be in Hammond, Indiana for Titan Fighting Championship on November the 2nd.  I am excited to continue fighting, to regain my focus and to get back to what made me a champion.

A special thank you to my manager, Glenn Robinson, my trainer, Firas Zahabi, my training partners, and all the staff at the UFC. Yea that's what I thought it was. Somehow he gets a title shot after one win. Miguel gets cut after one loss.

Here's the timeline- You make an ignorant baseless statement with zero research. I notice this statement and laugh to myself. I take less than 2 minutes to find out that Miguel was paid 32k for his last fight. 32k for a former multi defending champion with a recognizeable name. I come here to mock you and make this post. The End.

Can't help but love and pull for this guy, he deserves to be included in the list of MMA pioneers. Best of luck M.T., win or lose, I've never been disappointed in any fight I've ever seen you in.

Too bad. Like many WEC greats, he has found the UFC to be much tougher than expected.
