Bellator reality show fights to be official

Fighters on Bellator's new reality show aren't just competing for the right to participate in the promotion's fall welterweight tournament – every step counts.

Louisiana Boxing and Wrestling Commission Chairman Alvin Topham today confirmed to that all fights on the reality show will be classified as two-round professional bouts.

I liked it as well. Bellator seems to do everything in there power to make there product as distinct as possible from the Ultimate fighter. I think that,in the end, this benefits us fans because we get to see two genuinely different shows that still both feature great fights.
