Silva 'very, very excited' for Weidman fight

"I will be fighting Chris Weidman on July 6 at UFC in Vegas. I'm very, very excited for my next fight. Thank you UFC, thank you Dana. I'm very, very excited for my next fight. I never really stopped my training because I like to train, I like my life and I like to fight. I'm very, very happy to stay here in my school, the Muay Thai College to start my training for my coach, for my friends and my students, I'm very, very happy

Calling it now.. going to be one of the easiest title defenses we've seen yet.

People said Marquardt would beat him, people said Lutter and Maia would sub him, people said Chael and Hendo would easily wrestle and beat him. Your memory is selective because you only remember him thrashing all those guys.. .

So after Silva runs through Weidman, is Jones the only option? We're not gonna find any other 9-fight BEASTS with a career-defining win over a guy like Mark Munoz who will DESTROY Silva, are we?

"yet again - get a chance to embarrassingly defeat a great talent that everyone thought is a big danger to Silva. "Name the last fighter Silva fought that people actually thought had a decent chance of beating him other than Chael.

1. Silva is excited because he will - yet again - get a chance to embarrassingly defeat a great talent that everyone thought is a big danger to Silva. Anderson will show why he's the greatest of all time, and that's very exciting. 2. Weidman will get finished via TKO, probably in the second round, but he's still a great talent and this loss will make him work harder for another title shot.

I'll be cheering for Weidman but Silva is the GOAT and I have a feeling he's going to knock Weidman out. At least he still has a bright future.
