Rousey submits Urijah Hall...twice


In an interview last week, TUF 17 contestant Urijah Hall told the story of rolling with UFC women's champion Ronda Rousey. Hall joked that Rousey 'kicked his ass'. Today the UFC released video of the light sparring session:

She's an elite grappler... against other women. Not exactly a deep talent pool.It's amazing that people think she'd beat a man, some legit pros, no less... lol

As a very long time judo practitioner, I can assure you all that Ronda has grappled with many many many men who are much bigger and stronger than her over the years. The simple fact is that she is a very elite grappler, and in a pure grappling match, she is able to beat many many many men. To think otherwise means you have know knowledge of judo for sure, and probably no knowledge of grappling in general.

He does train 4-5x a week. We also do train with very high calibre wrestlers. Just saying.
