All 24 TUF 17 finale contestants pass drug tests

by Chris Palmquist |

Today executive director of the Nevada State Athletic Commission, Keith Kizer, notified mixedmartialarts.com that all contests of this past Saturday's TUF 17 finale were tested and passed. It was not disclosed if the contestants were tested for performancing enhancing drugs or drugs of abuse, but it is assumed athletes were tested for both.

The TUF 17 Finale featured a main event between Urijah Faber and Scott Jorgensen, the finals of the Ultimate Fighter Season 17 between Urijah Hall and Kelvin Gastelum, and a women's number one contender bout between Miesha Tate and Cat Zingano.
