'Rampage' Jackson signs with Bellator

Quinton Jackson left the UFC after a January loss to Gloxer Teixeira and later expressed his dissatisfaction with the promotion. Many wondered if Rampage would continue to fight or choose to retire, and if he chose to fight, where so. A rumor earlier today surfaced that he signed with the Asian promotion One FC, however that was untrue and it has been confirmed that he has indeed signed with Bellator Fighting Championpships:

Jackson, who did not re-sign with the UFC following his unanimous decision loss to Glover Teixeira in January, has signed an exclusive contract with Bellator, according to sources with knowledge of the situation.

According to those same sources, Jackson's new deal will be similar to the one "King" Muhammed Lawal signed with the promotion last year, which gave him the opportunity to appear on TNA Impact Wrestling programming on Spike TV. Jackson has flirted with the idea of pursuing a pro wrestling career in the past, and it seems as though he will soon get a chance to showcase himself as a sports entertainer.

kong is rampage's friend and training partner, makes sense he would help him out. it seems rampage has his sites set on fighting at heavyweight, rather than taking his diet/training seriously, lol.

I was saying it would be a superfight for bellator especially if they fake wrestle first and they already had beef. But yeh by no means is this a real superfight in those standards.

Super fight???   Who the fuck would he fight for it to be considered a super fight? King Mo?   lmao, NO. At this point i wouldn't consider any Rampage fight, regardless of opponent a super fight, sorry. Rampage vs Chuck was his last "super fight".
