After his UFC 159 win over Chael Sonnen, Jon Jones' next title challenge was unclear. Alexander Gustafson was near the top of the list, but was supposed to fight Gegard Mousasi in April. That win, would have made him the most likley number one contender, but unfortunately he suffered a cut that would keep him out of that fight. However, with a lack of top contenders in the division that Jones hasn't already beat, it looks like Gustafson will indeed be the next challenger for his light heavyweight title. Dana White revealed that the bout was next today in a response to a question on Twitter:
