Rubber match between Velasquez and Dos Santos targeted for October

In their first meeting, Junior Dos Santos KO'd Cain Velasquez in the first round, but in the rematch Velasquez would win a five round decision to regain his UFC heavyweight title. Now, the rubber match has been set:

The rubber match between UFC heavyweight champion Cain Velasquez (12-1 MMA, 10-1 UFC) and ex-titleholder Junior Dos Santos (16-2 MMA, 10-1 UFC) is expected to take place in October in Houston, likely at UFC 166.

UFC President Dana White today laid out the plans at UFC 161's open workouts in Winnipeg.

Although a date and venue weren't given for the title fight, it'll take place in an arena, not a stadium such as Cowboys Stadium. That makes Toyota Center, which hosted UFC 136 in 2011, a strong possibility.

I haven't heard if they've announced where the Diego/Melendez fight will happen but if not my guess is this event. It could serve as the co-main event if they need it to.
