Tate to be featured nude in next 'ESPN: The Body' issue

Coach of the Ultimate Fighter Season 18 and women's number one contender, Miesha Tate, will included in the edition of ESPN Magazine's 'The Body' issue. The issue features pro athletes fully naked in artistic poses and situations. Former women's MMA stars Gina Carano and Ronda Rousey have not only been featured, but made the cover of the issue:

After UFC champion Ronda Rousey was featured prominently in the fourth installment, her rival, Miesha Tate, will appear in the fifth edition of ESPN The Magazine's "The Body Issue."

Tate, who's currently coaching opposite Rousey on "The Ultimate Fighter 18," is one of 21 athletes who will appear in various states of undress for the magazine, officials today announced.

The issue hits newsstands on July 12.

The announcement is a bit interesting because when Rousey was announced to be a part of the magazine, Tate publically criticized her for posing in the magazine.

Holy fuck you guys are retarded. It is indeed hypocritical for Miesha to criticize other female fighters for benefiting from their looks :). Now can you simple fucks get over that single sentence from one of my posts that had nothing to do with what I was saying?

IAMAMOFO, Except: IAMAMOFO: Please provide a link of Miesha ever criticizing female fighters for getting ahead on their looks? IF so, I will happily admit it was hypocritical of her to do so. Cindy: Okie dokie! From Ariel and Ben Fowlkes: http://www.sportsnet.ca/magazine/magazine-tate-rousey-mma-angry-birds/ "On Helwani’s radio show last November, Tate was quick to point out how Rousey’s approach is undermining women fighters. "If you weren’t pretty, it wouldn’t matter what you said or didn’t say," Tate says. Rousey’s overt marketing of her looks — and of her opponent’s — irks Tate, who has struggled to present herself in a more understated fashion, especially after posing provocatively in 2009 for FIGHT! Magazine, something she now regrets. Cindy
