I stopped caring about commission reported numbers years ago. Those are not even close to the real numbers in most cases.

Any thoughts on how an entire fight card of a 800k ppv has a lower purse than one main event fighter on a HBO card? I just don't get why AS making 600k is considered fair ? The ppv is nothing compared to the money paid for live tv in foreign markets. Just baffles me , I'm not in these markets , maybe someone can enlighten me. Is boxing on a HBO card shown in brazil for free and have 15 million viewers ? What about in the UK ? Russia ? How is it that Those promotions are paying guaranteed purses for these cards of millions and a huge ppv is paying this ?

So basically if everybody was paid the same each fighter would be making about $2 (4%) off of every PPV purchase.

That's hardly my point,my post was sarcastic. The point is that this isn't the way a professional organization does business. It puts too much of the power in the hands of three (mostly one really) people. This is why fighters cow tow to DFW and he knows it.

I don't see how they gave him a $950,000 bonus that they didn't have to.

No shit. Based on excitement levels, he's not even worth what he's getting paid at the moment. I've never watched a Tim Kennedy fight and said "WOW, this guy is fun to watch!"Please don't open your mouth about being under paid ever again Tim.
