There wasn't a single illegal elbow thrown by Brown.

Uhh... Did we not see the same fight or are you that big of a Barnett hugger of nut? I'm not disrespecting you if you are, but mebe your perception is a bit cloudy fren. Those were Not 12-6. They were Not to the back of the head. Not even close. Multiple angels of replay show them hitting the side of his head right by his ear. Sorry bro. War master just got destroyed

Browne is awesome, you can't stay in a double against him up against the fence (although I'm sure Barnett was rocked from the knee). So much weak trolling on the forum now, perfectly legal elbows. Barnett is one of my favorite fighters, hope he comes back strong.

When the fight was stopped, I honestly thought Browne had just been disqualified. You could argue that he wasn't striking the back of Barnnet's head, but those elbows were cheap, cowardly 12-6 shots, just as they were against Gonzaga. This guy is a cheap shot artist, and what he's doing is very dangerous. An elbow to the back of the head/upper neck, especially from a HW, could kill a man - which is why they are illegal. Fighters put their heads down and to the side of their opponents torsos because they know they won't get an elbow jammed into the back of their head/neck area. It's dickish and cowardly to illegally target this area in these situations. It was amazing that Rogan didn't even raise the question of the legality of those blows at the time. No respect for Travis 'Sweetheart' Browne.

Not what I expected.  I thought Josh would get him down and submit him, but Travis was using his face as target practice. Maybe Josh should rethink this whole skill vs atheleticism thing and start focusing on his gut and conditioning?

The knee rocked Barnett, but he was still trying to get the takedown. Those kind of elbows to the side of the head would knock anybody out. The 12-6 elbow rule seems vague or inconsistent if the idea is to limit serious damage to the head. You can generate the similar amount of force if the point of elbow is 9-3, 10-2, etc. That's what happened in this fight.

Side of the head is now the same as back of the head? How many standing head kicks land in the same exact place?
