Anderson Silva already hitting pads

It was less than eight weeks ago that Anderson Silva broke his leg at UFC 168 when Chris Weidman checked a hard inside leg kick. Earlier this week Silva posted a video of himself walking unassisted without crutches, and today his manager Ed Soares posted this video of Silva doing a light pad work out:

Silva has himself said that he would like to return to the UFC as soon as possible and this weekend UFC President Dana White said a 2104 return is definitely possible.

Considering he's in the land of roids being as easy to purchase as aspirin, he's likely on an amount of recovery roids that'd make Adrian Peterson blush. However, as long as he's clean for his next fight I could care less, if steroids have a place in sports its for recovery of horrific injury and I honestly don't mind. Just a big "Fuck you", to anyone naive enough to believe this recovery is natural so far.

Oh cool, didn't know anyone out there has witnessed all his training sessions and days of hard sparring. Silva is in his late 30's bro, and is clearly on the decline. Aka HE'S ALSO NOT IN HIS PRIME. Why not keep going? Hmmmm, maybe because there's more to life than waiting for your eggs to scramble so you can play with your kids and enjoy the rest of your life maybe? Just a guess here.

I can understand him. He must feel that he embarrassed himself in the first fight, and wanted the second one to make up for that. And that the leg break didn't prove anything in either way.   It doesn't matter if others feel Weidman got one or two "legit" wins. I'm 100% sure Anderson doesn't feel that way and thinks it is just too weird of a way end to his career. I would too.
