I stopped taking u seriously as soon as you wrote that Silva might have a chance.. Realize something, Anderson, no matter how much he "spars" boxing, is NOT a boxer. When/if he gets in the ring and improves his 1-1 record and fights some good B fighters, then you might have a case. Until then, I DOUBT, actually i KNOW that he isnt any better than Roy's worst sparring partner. I dont care if Anderson is a southpaw, if he's taller, has longer reach, he's not going to show Roy anything new or anything that Roy hasnt seen in his 30 years of boxing. And how dare anyone put Calzaghe, a firstr ballot Hall of Famer, in the same sentence as Anderson Silva. That tells me everything I needed to know right there because no fanboy with half a brain would ever do that. This isnt Forrest and his primitive, two fisted running retard style, this is Roy Jones Jr. we're talking about. Anderson has no amatuer background to speak of while Jones was an awesome amatuer boxer and was voted most outstanding fighter in the Olympics. Anderson has a 1-1 record beating a can and losing to a neighborhood Brazilian journeyman while RJJ was voted the Fighter of the Decade. This can go on and on...

I dont think many realise the difference in power between a boxer and a mixed martial artist. Jones hits fuckin hard. Anderson is in trouble.
