$2,000 reward offered for cage stolen in Georgia

Mitchell Northam for The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports that a reward has been offered for trailers, MMA equipment missing in Sandy Springs, Georgia.

Police in Sandy Springs and Crime Stoppers of Greater Atlanta are searching for suspects who stole two trailers carrying $22,000 worth of MMA equipment last month. The theft was reported on Dec. 27, in the 5000 block of Glenridge Drive in north Fulton County, Georgia.

The trailer was last seen on Dec. 18, parked in a lot behind the Masterminds Escape Room in Sandy Springs. Inside the trailers was an MMA cage, valued at $17,000, and $5,000 worth of other MMA equipment. The trailers were valued at $5,000 and $7,000, respectively. One is silver and 16-feet long, and the other is black and 24-feet long.

Crime Stoppers is offering a $2,000 reward for a tip leading to the arrest of the suspects. Anyone with information can call 404-577-8477. Further, crime tips can also be submitted on the Sandy Springs Police Department’s Facebook page.
