The undercard for UFC 107, which is set to see BJ Penn defending his lightweight title against Diego Sanchez in Memphis, TN has another addition, Canadian TJ Grant will take on Kevin Burns in welterweight action.

MMANews.com confirmed the bout with sources close to both camps. The two fighters have agreed to the bout but it has not been made official by the UFC.

Grants stand up is quite underrated.  Both are actually being underrated in one facet or the other.  Grant can absolutely deal with Burns on the feet.  Burns does bring something to the table on the ground against Grant.  Thats what makes this a fantastic match up, and will be a war.

He can't deal with Grants ground game but he can deal with Carneiros? I've got Burns. His stand up is way beyond Grants.

TJ should take this. Burns has a lot of heart, but I don't think he can deal with Grant's wrestling and ground game.

I don't think Burns has what it takes to stop Grant. He was lucky in his last fight that Lytle wanted to bang. TJ will sub him.
