Big Baby retires from MMA?

ATO has learned through a source close to Gracie Tampa that Marcus Jones has decided to retire from MMA after his loss at The Ultimate Fighter Finale.

Jones was featured on The Ultimate Fighter season 10 and quickly became a fan favorite and also one of the favorites to win the show. He was the only fighter on Team Rampage to earn a spot in the quarter-finals after defeating UFC veteran Mike Wessel. After destroying Darrill Schoonover in the “Big Baby” was knocked out by Brendan Schaub.

Despite the loss Jones was invited to fight at The TUF 10 Finale against Matt Mitrione. Mitrione caught Jones with a big right and Jones suffered his second straight KO loss.

It's "exceptional" because he's Black, some people just don't want to say it. Closet racism is probably more disgusting that outward racism. Individuals only make comments like that toward Black people in the States. It's as if being articulate is an exceptional skill, difficult to obtain or talent for anyone African Amer., but fairly normal for White people. Just being blunt about it. The term 'well spoken' is as old and relative to the word "negro" in the US.

Most likely a speaking tour of some kind, maybe a series of spoken word concerts, or perhaps a speech coach.

JESUS CHRIST! I'LL SAY IT!People say he's well spoken because he's BLACK! which is to infer that he shouldn't be. i do NOT agree, but like it or not that is the white elephant on this post...

Marcus had loads of potential, but at his age I can't blame him at all for his decision. He has been in both the NFL and the UFC, he has nothing to regret. I would love to see him as a broadcaster, he's a great guy.

Haha, he has to be the most overrated speaker ever. Why doesn't anyone ever call Amir Sadollah or Krysztof Soszynski well spoken?

Don't you need to have an actual career before you retire?
