The most recent tax lien was filed last month against Canseco, 45, who was paid more than $45 million during a 16-year major league career.
The IRS filed a $121,209 lien against Canseco on Jan. 7 with the Los Angeles County Recorder of Deeds.
The state of California filed a $101,037 lien on June 2, 2009, in Ventura County Court.
