Korean fighter suffers heart attack while weight cutting

source: twitter.com

  1. Word is that Sengoku vet "Shin Ramen" Yoon Young Kim had a mild heart attack while cutting weight for his 3/14 bout with Yoshitaro Niimi.
  2. Only details so far are from Alive's Yoichi Suzuki. Thank God this is so obscure it can't fuel idiot anti-cutting folk.

Hope hes ok.  I think we can all agree that cutting weight isnt exactly healthy for you whether you have a heart attack or not. I think the key is finding what works for your body.
