Toe 2 Toe owes me money!

Just so no one else gets caught in the same situation I'm in right now, they owe $18,000. They have made no attempts to pay the debt after being promised several times over the past year that it was on its way. I'm the same as anyone else and I have a family and bills. So don't let this happen to you

Thank you for your request for a comment regarding the current contention, by some, that MMA fighter Spencer Fisher is "being cheated" and "screwed over" by Toe2Toe, Inc., and its affiliates, on agreements entered into, and monies due, Mr. Fisher.
It has been said that Mr. Fisher is owed in excess of Fourteen Thousand ($14,000.00) Dollars. It has also been said that Chad Borkowski, Founder of Toe2Toe, Inc., appeared on a popular internet radio show, over a month ago, and acknowledged as much, and said that Mr. Fisher would be paid within the week.
It is our position that Mr. Fisher, is in fact the party in breach of his management agreement with KO Dynasty, LLC, an affiliate of Toe2Toe Entertainment, LLC, the parent company of Toe2Toe, Inc. While it is factually accurate that Mr. Fisher is owed nominal monies from his agreement with Toe2Toe, it is SUBSTANTIALLY less than the amounts claimed. Mr. Fisher has received substantially all of the monies he claims he is owed in advances given to him by KO Dynasty.
Moreover, Mr. Fisher, since entering into a management agreement with KO Dynasty LLC, has received significant advances, both monetarily, and in the form of a vehicle advanced to him as part of our intended contractual relationship. Since entering into that relationship, it is our belief Mr. Fisher has materially breached that agreement, including possibly the withholding by Mr. Fisher of SIGNIFICANT commissions due KO Dynasty, LLC and we intend to aggressively pursue all remedies to ensure that we are made whole, to prevent any party from engaging in slanderous or libelous actions regarding our affiliates, and most importantly, to sent the record straight about who we are and how we do business.
I expect that our actions in resolving this matter will speak for themselves in the upcoming weeks, but I ask that if you have any questions, that you don't hesitate to contact either Mr. Mandarino or myself.
