thanks for the support peoples.. my hand is indeed pretty damn dead i dont remember hitting the mat but ill take your words for it since this thing is huge and not feeling great:)

all in all james made for a great fight and injury or not he's a quality fighter thats shown his worth both on and off the ultimate fighter show..

in terms of my training im at a variety of places but own a training centre in mississauga,
